NYU Langone Health occupies the superblock between 30th and 34th Streets along First Avenue on Manhattan's East Side. The main entrance is at 550 First Avenue, about a block north of 30th Street on the east side of First Avenue.

Subway: The closest stops are 28th Street and 33rd Street (both on Park Avenue) on the 6 train, a 15–20 minute walk. It's a 20–25 minute walk from Grand Central at 42nd Street.

Bus: The M15 runs the length of First Avenue and stops directly in front of the medical center. The M34 runs along 34th Street and stops at the north entrance.

From Penn Station or Grand Central: A 20–25 minute walk, or a 10–15 minute taxi ride.

By car: From the FDR Drive, exit at 34th Street, go west to Second Avenue, turn left (south) to 30th Street, turn left again, then left onto First Avenue. Parking is available under the Health Care Center at 530 First Avenue.
